About Our Intern Program
Our internship program is a learning experience designed to
instill a firm foundation of faith in young believers and develop real world
skills to become empowered leaders in the church. Over the course of two years, our interns receive a weekly curriculum covering essential topics such as
apologetics, Biblical study, and soft skills in ministry, to name a few. They also
receive one-on-one mentorship to help them grow in their personal lives and
faith. Our program has five distinct ministry branches that each teach a
particular skill set that will equip them with both the knowledge and
experience to deliver these services here or elsewhere.
Media Department
As an intern in our media department, you’ll get hands-on
experience in live video and sound production. This is a wonderful environment
for someone who has an interest in media to take their first steps in learning
what it takes to run a live audio and video event, or for someone who is studying
to apply their knowledge in real world scenarios.
Office Administration
As an intern on our office administration team, you’ll learn
what it takes to keep the logistics and internal infrastructure of a nonprofit
organization running smoothly. If you love details, organization, and planning,
this internship provides an excellent opportunity to grow your abilities, as
well as develop communication, time management, and leadership skills.
Children's Ministry
As an intern in our children’s ministry, you’ll get firsthand experience in how to lead in a classroom, teach through curriculum, and
engage with young children. Our program offers a smooth transition from
learning to leading, by developing confidence through our well-organized
teaching plans, classroom setup, and team dynamics.
Youth Ministry
As an intern in our youth ministry, you’ll learn what it
takes to mentor teenagers through one of life’s most challenging seasons. In
this dynamic and high energy environment you’ll develop the skill and character
to lead by example, listen well, and encourage others to rise to their fullest
potential.
College Ministry
As an intern in our college ministry, you’ll learn what it
takes to engage with diverse people, strategize and organize events, and create
community on a college campus. If you want to sharpen your people skills, learn
to lead in a Christ-like manner this ministry is the perfect outlet.
